This Privacy Policy covers personal information provided, collected, disclosed, requested, or generated when you access, use, or subscribe to our Games and Services via websites, applications, email, text, and other electronic communications except where separate privacy policies or terms and conditions apply. We utilize payment processors who have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information on or through them. We will use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Games and Services, Applications, anywhere we display or reference this policy or other Services that post this Privacy Policy (including products, interactive features, events, newsletters, advertisements, and other services) (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF NTWORLD ON ANY PLATFORM OR THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL, PROMOTIONAL, AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS, NOR IS IT INTENDED AS, AN OFFER TO SELL, OR THE SOLICITATION OF AN OFFER TO BUY, ANY INTEREST IN ANY SECURITY, ENTITY, INVESTMENT VEHICLE OR CONTRACT.

 

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

NTWorld collects the following categories of information that may directly or indirectly identify or describe you, your device, or information reasonably capable of being associated with you or your device. This information is collected when you register an account, subscribe to our Services, sign up for newsletters via email, make in-game purchases, post content, use social features, participate in in-game contests, promotions, or events, respond to in-game surveys, or request further services. The types of information collected may include:

 

a) Personal Data

Identifiers, such as player’s Game ID, nickname, name, IP address, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, gender, country of residence, image,

language, nationality, and any other information that you may provide on your Game profile;

b) Derivative Data

Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browsing behavior and device information while using our Games and Services (i.e., device model, OS version, MAC address, device ID, network type, time zone settings, battery status, screen resolution, etc.), etc;

c) Game information

Information about crash reports and system activity details (i.e., game settings, play date and/or time, etc.);

d) Financial Data

Transaction information, such as purchase date, items purchased, billing address, etc. Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Services. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect;

e) Third-Party Data

Player’s social media account ID or channel ID. We shall collect certain information from your third-party platform profile and/or accounts as permitted by the terms of the third-party platform and your privacy settings. Player’s response to in-Game surveys, player’s health information, player’s fitness information, player’s text messages, chats, and communications with other player’s in and/or via our Services. When you participate in social features (such as in-Game chat), the information that you disclose is public information. We may store and access it, and it may be read, copied, collected or used by other users without your consent;

f) NTWorld Player Account Information

Player’s NTWorld account information, including password and other login details;

 

g) Content or information that player’s post, publish or display on public areas of our website and/or applications; and

 

h) Records and copies of the player’s correspondence withus, and any other information you may provide when requesting our assistance and/or support.

 

NTWorld uses this data to operate and enhance our games and services. Some information may be collected using cookies and related online tools or technology. For more details, refer to our“Cookies and Related Technologies” section below. This aligns with NTWorld's role as a game publisher, emphasizing the collection of user information to enhance gaming experiences through various interactions with the game and related services.

 

4. WHAT INFORMATION GETS COLLECTED, STORED, AND STORED AUTOMATICALLY

  • When you access, use, and interact with our Services (including websites and applications), NTWorld employs data collection technologies to automatically gather specificinformation about you, your device, and your usage of our games and

  2. Utilizationof Information: This information is utilized by ACEGO  Ltd.'s SSO system to create, maintain, and manage your user identity and to provide authentication services to third-party applications. Your SSO account will serve as a unified login for all NTWorld-related services.
  3. Use and Retention: Your information will be used to provide and manage the services associated with your SSO and NTWorld accounts, including identity verificationand access to third-party  ACEGO Pte. Ltd. will retain your information for as long as you maintain an SSO and/or NTWorld account, and thereafter for a period consistent with our record retention policy.
  • Automatically collected information includes your IP address, country details, and technical data about your device, software, and system. This encompasses device identifiers, model, operating system, browser type, language settings, RAM, CPU, storagedevice information, installed applications, device phone number, crash reports, and system activity  Additionally, NTWorld collects unique identifiers assigned to you or your device, such as player IDs and advertising IDs, details of your interactions with our websites, applications, games (including progress and scores), in- game purchases, pages visited, and engagement with online content (including advertisements).   • Information obtained from these third-party partners and businesses may include your name, photo, device identifiers, account details from stores or platforms, account information, email addresses, transaction records (including purchases, cancellations, trades), order IDs, payment details, game usage data, purchase history (e.g., on third- party consoles or platforms), friend lists, and country information.
  • NTWorldmay merge this third-party data with personal information collected to deliver personalized content (including advertisements), enhance gaming experiences, improve services, and fulfill other purposes as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

 

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We (or a third party on our behalf and under our instructions) shall use the collected information for a variety of purposes, primarily, to provide the Games and Services to players like you and to improve the quality of our Games and Services. These include:

a) To operate and provide our Games and Services and to personalize your gameplay experience;

b) Toset up and administer your account registered with us and maintain your transaction records along with saving your game data to enable your gameplay across multiple devices;

c) Tofulfill your orders, including purchase of our goods or service, ;

h) To track usage patterns, analyze trends of users, and calculate statistics on Games and Services;

i) Toprepare user statistics and provide in-Game metrics (such as a leaderboard);

j) To operate and provide opportunities to participate in tournament(s), facilitate social interactions among users and help users find friends online;

k) Tohost message boards or forums related to our Games or Services;

l) To provide you with customer and technical support when requested, and to communicatewith you about your account, purchases, subscriptions or Services related to our Games and Services;

m) To send you offers, promotions, newsletters, and communication regarding our Services or related products, including third parties’ goods and services;

n) To display relevant advertisements tailored to your preference on our Services and elsewhere online across various sites and apps besides to measure and analyze effectivenessof advertising, including third parties’ advertisements placed in our Games and Services;

o) Toreceive user complaints, investigate disputes, monitor and/or moderate chats (includes banning of foul words and/or languages, banning of players who violates our Policy), regulate player’s online in-Game behavior;

p) To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including billing and collection;

q) To prevent, detect, identify, investigate, and respond to potential or actual claims, liabilities, prohibited behavior, fraud, malicious activity, cheating, hacking or criminal activity;

r) To comply with and enforce legal requirements, legal rights, agreements, and policies governingyour use of our Games and Services arising from any contracts entered between you and us (including billing and collection); and

s) For anyother purpose as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be necessary or required to ensure the safety and/or integrity of our users, employees, third parties, public, and/or our Games and Services, or to comply with requirements of any applicable law at any given time.

Most of the time, our processing of your personal information is necessary to respond to you or process your request. We may also process your information to comply with a relevant legal obligation. From time to time, we may ask for your consent to use your information for specific reasons. Where consent was provided and is required, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address and/or contact provided in this Policy.

We shall retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained and to provide our Games and Services. Should we deem the retention of your information is reasonably necessary for our legal or legitimate business reasons, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or our agreements, your personal information shall be retained by us even after you have closed your account with us or in the event we have ceased providing Games and Services to you. The use of the Website and Services and this Agreement is governed by and shall be construed and enforced under the laws of Singapore, without applying any conflicts of law principles that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal non-exclusive jurisdiction in Singapore and any other court of competent jurisdiction chosen by us.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, (a “Dispute”), we strongly encourage that a resolution first be sought through our Customer Support service.

You agree that in the event that a resolution is not obtained through our Customer Support service, such Dispute shall be referred by you and may be referred by us to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The Tribunal shall consist of three (3) arbitrators, with you appointing one (1) arbitrator and us appointing one (1) arbitrator and the third arbitrator to be selected by the two (2) arbitrators so appointed. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, you agree that we are entitled to submit such Dispute for resolution through any other dispute resolution mechanism including the courts of any jurisdiction and we shall further be entitled to seek any injunctive or other equitable relief in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you, without any obligations of providing any bond or surety or proof of damages. You irrevocably waive all rights to seek any injunctive or other equitable relief or to enjoin or restrain the operation or exploitation of the Services or any part thereof. You further irrevocably waive all rights to a class or representative action or as a named or unnamed member in a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action.

 

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Hereinafter referred to as the “child” or “children” means under the age of 13 (or other age as required by law), and the term “parent” includes legal guardians. Protecting children's privacy online is extremely important to us. We do not directly serve children under the age of 13. If you are a user of the country/region listed above and under the age of legal majority, you shall not play the Game without the consent of your parent or guardian. We also do not intentionally collect Data from children or minors through the Service. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and you believe that we have inadvertently received Data about that child, please contact us in accordance with our details as per Clause 17. We will delete the Data from our records as soon as possible. If you believe that we might have any Data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us as well.

Our Services are intended for the general audience. We do not knowingly collect, use or share any personal information about children without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. If you are a parent and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, you request your child’s information to be deleted from our system by contacting us at Operation@ntworld.com.sg or by visiting our Customer Center page.

1. EEAand UK

If we transfer your data outside of the EEA to a country that is not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of data protection, we endeavor to apply suitable measures to safeguard your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. These safeguards may include data transfer agreements implementing the latest standard contractual clauses (a form of data transfer agreement pre-approved by the European Commission as providing adequate safeguards for personal data). 2. Southeast Asia (Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand)

i. OurPolicy Concerning Underage Users

This Game and/or Service are not intended for underage users. Thus, underage users should not use the Game and/or Service unless parental consent is provided. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share any personal information for those who are under 18 years of age without the consent and verification of the underage users’ parent or guardian, or unless permitted by law. If you are under the age of 18 years, you will be asked to provide the mobile phone number of your parent or guardian to confirm that you are legally eligible to play the game. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 18 years of age has provided us with their personal information without your consent, you can contact us and request that your child’s information be deleted from our system.

ii. Sensitive Personal Information

We shall collect sensitive information (payment information, Proof ID number, etc.) while we are operating our Games or using our Service. We will collect or process your sensitive information with your consent.
